I think the reason a lot of people say No or I will think about it, is because iPhone is too expensive. My co-worker has it. It is nice, but $500 is still to much.
If the iPhone only cost $100-$200, I think lot of people who said "No" or "I will think about it" will switch to AT&T/Cingular.
May be you should add this to the question. and see how many people will switch regardless the iPhone price.
